SmartCope User Terms of Service

SmartCope Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“SmartCope,” “we,” “our”) offers a variety of team productivity, collaboration, and organizational tools available online via a mobile application (collectively, the “Service”). 1. Eligibility and Scope

1.1 General

To use the Service, Mobile Application, and Websites you must be at least 16 years of age and competent to agree to these Terms. If SmartCope has previously prohibited you from accessing or using the Service, Mobile Application, and Websites, you are not permitted to access or use it.

1.2 Location

These Terms are applicable to Users in India. If you are located outside India, you must obtain prior consent from SmartCope to use the services.

2. Account Registration and Use

2.1 Account Registration and Confidentiality

To access the Service, Mobile Application, and Websites, you must register for an account by creating a username and password. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information, maintain the confidentiality of your password, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access or use of your account. You will be responsible for all activities under your User Profile and password.

2.2 Account Admins

Account Admins have control over your access and activities on the Account, including managing permissions, sharing posts, and controlling access to Customer Data.

2.3 Unauthorized Account Use

Notify us at info@smartcope.in if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. You are liable for any losses incurred due to unauthorized use of your account.

3. Our Proprietary Rights

The Service, Mobile Application, and Websites are owned by SmartCope and contain materials protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree to comply with all applicable intellectual property laws.

4. User Content and Feedback

4.1 User Content

Users may submit project and task-related content (“User Content”) to the Service. SmartCope reserves the right to access and use this content for maintaining, improving, and supporting the Service.

4.2 Feedback

You may submit feedback to SmartCope. By doing so, you grant SmartCope the right to use this feedback for any purpose, including marketing materials.

5. License and Acceptable Use

5.1 Your License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service. This license is subject to compliance with these Terms and applicable laws.

5.2 Acceptable Use

Users may not disrupt the Service, use it for unlawful activities, violate privacy rights, or post inappropriate content. Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.

By accessing the Service, you agree to our collection and use of personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

SmartCope is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, Mobile Application, and Websites.

11. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved through negotiation or in the courts of India.

12. General Terms

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or the right to enforce it later.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
